Alex Blake operates Anvil Knives USA out of 1585 Mallory Lane Suite 206, Brentwood, TN 37027. He markets his products as “The Best Knives on the Market” — a bold claim we strongly dispute based on our firsthand experience with both the product quality and the company's deceptive business practices.
At the gun show, Alex Blake and his associate presented themselves as local business owners with an “easy return policy.” They talked up the knife, assured us of its quality, and emphasized how simple it would be to return if we weren't satisfied. We trusted them because they seemed like honest, local sellers.
That trust was built on lies.
When we attempted to exercise our rights under his own published return policy, Mr. Blake deliberately delayed his response, then falsely stated in writing that no return policy existed. Both he and his associate worked to avoid accepting the UPS return package.
The result: they have the knife AND our money.
Knife purchased from Alex Blake and associate at a gun show. Payment made by credit card. They assured us of quality and an easy return policy.
We contacted Anvil Knives USA via email at anvilknivesusa@gmail.com to initiate a return, as instructed by their published return policy. Well within the 30-day window.
Alex Blake deliberately delayed his response. When he finally replied, he falsely stated in writing that they did not have a return policy — directly contradicting the policy on their own website.
A formal letter was sent to Anvil Knives USA at 1585 Mallory Lane Suite 206, Brentwood, TN 37027, demanding a refund per their published policy.
The knife was carefully packaged (process videotaped) and shipped via UPS. Tracking: 1Z0TY5N84224076825. Item was new, unused, in original packaging.
Anvil Knives USA has our returned knife AND our money. No full refund has ever been issued.
Below is the return policy published on anvilknivesusa.com. Despite this being on their own website, Alex Blake claimed in writing that no return policy existed.

Pursuant to our email chain and the fact we have been trying to return this since February 24th for a refund per your published refund policy (enclosed), we are returning this now for a full refund as it is new, unused and in the same condition when purchased.
Enclosed is a copy of a redacted credit card statement showing the purchase.
Please issue a refund. Failing a timely refund (10 business days per your published Refunds policy), we will issue a chargeback to our card company.
Personal identifying information has been redacted for privacy.
